Working hours:
Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:15pm
Saturday 9:30am-12:30pm (rotational, only 1-2 times per month)

Job scope
Handle general office tasks, prepare quotation, orders
Handle incoming and outgoing email enquiries
Submit invoice to customer online platform
Filing of documents
Purchase, source and liaise with suppliers
Training will be provided
Minimum Diploma
Good communication and interpersonal skill
