Our client is looking for an accomplished and innovative Director of Physiotherapy to join their new clinic in Singapore. Job Description:
1) Clinical Care
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, evaluations, and identification of residents' rehabilitation needs. Design, develop, and implement tailored physiotherapy programs to facilitate the restoration, improvement, or maintenance of movement and function.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination with various healthcare disciplines involved in the rehabilitation process, making referrals to appropriate professionals for consultation and intervention as necessary.
2) Training & Development
- Lead, mentor, and oversee the training of physiotherapy students, therapist assistants, caregivers, and volunteers, ensuring they perform their duties safely and effectively while implementing therapy programs.
- Promote a culture of continuous professional development and knowledge sharing within the team.
3) Administration
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of all treatments provided to residents.
- Manage administrative tasks and responsibilities.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Physiotherapy recognized by the Singapore Allied Health Professional Council.
- Fully registered therapist with the Singapore Allied Health Professional Council.
- A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in physiotherapy.
- Proven ability to complement and enhance the clinic founder’s advanced release techniques.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to working with multidisciplinary teams.
- Dedication to ongoing professional development and improvement.
