Responsibilities
1.Generate new leads and opportunities: Drive incremental business through lead gen, partnership management, networking and referrals – Goal and Approach is to be creative and DARING!
2. Manage existing clients: Satisfied customers creates loyalty which results in long-term sustainability. The goal is Retention and to create Brand Ambassadors by providing quality customer service support and provide proposals suited to their needs
3. Onboarding of new clients: You’ll serve as a trusted adviser to work out and recommend the most suitable programmes according to client’s needs and requirements.
Job Requirements
- A'level / Diploma / Bachelor Degree or equivalent
- Have at least 3 years B2B sales or Account Management experienced
- Being bilingual is an advantage
- Customer service oriented with an outgoing personality
- Good coordination skills, organized and ability to prioritize task
