Job Responsibilities
• Establish and maintain strong working relationship of all stakeholders i.e. clients, intermediaries, business partners for greater collaboration and engagement activities to increase sales opportunities
• Handle policies renewal review and new business propositions in accordance to our business underwriting, risk management guidelines and within the timeline
• Responsible to achieve high renewal persistency ratio and recommend value propositions to grow and contribute to the assigned portfolio Gross Written Premium
• Ensure service level commitments on clients are met and uphold company’s professional image and keep them satisfied with our service delivery
• Co-ordinate and engage with internal stakeholders on placement of new/renewal policies, claims management and operations issues
• Proactively track renewal retention and new business progress with timely reporting
• Provide support to clients, intermediaries and business partners in the preparation of claims analysis reports
• Keep abreast of the insurance market, developments, emerging threats and technologies
• Undertakes projects or other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
• Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Business Studies
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing in Group Employee Benefits Insurance
• Possesses Professional Certification – HI, M5, M9
• Bilingual in both English and Japanese (to liaise with Japanese customer)
• Results Oriented/ Goals Driven with good communication skills
• Team player with positive work attitude and good interpersonal skills
