Our FSCs are committed to providing accessible, culturally sensitive, and client-centered services to empower individuals and families to overcome challenges, strengthen relationships, and lead fulfilling lives. Whether through individual counseling, group support, or community engagement, the FSCs strive to make a positive difference in the lives of those they serve.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure efficient and smooth day-to-day function of the centre.
- Provide exceptional customer service through attending to phone calls, walk-ins and handling of general enquires.
- Promote compliance to ethical and responsible data use principles by ensuring necessary data is collected, updated, and maintained in the systems.
- Providing administrative and clerical activities for the centre.
- Execute the organizational workplace safety and emergency response exercises and procedures.
- Adhere to the organization’s financial management and procurement processes.
- Maintaining strong relationships with partners, vendors and contractors.
Requirements:
- ‘A’ Levels/ Diploma holder
- At least 2 years of related administrative experience
- Service-oriented
- Outstanding communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal abilities
- Pleasant disposition and able to work with others
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft applications (Office 365) and IT systems
- Possesses problem solving skills
- Independent in managing and executing work tasks
- Positive professional attitude, has initiative and is innovative
- Organized and resourceful
