About the role
Sales Administration Executive
The incumbent is responsible for managing and overseeing the administration across all business segments, providing essential administrative support to the Director of Sales and the sales team.
What you will do
- Crafts and distributes internal announcements
- Develops and updates annual sales trip calendar of sales team
- Supports sales managers in sales administration including group proposals and contracts
- Develops and executes wholesale contracts and addendums
- Maintains the master list of wholesale offers, wholesale accounts, and brochure contribution ABP including revenue/cost of sales analysis
- Crafts and distributes email announcements for new/revised offers emails for sales team
- Updates chart 'Supply chain and SWOT analysis
- Coordinates sales trips of sales team, RVP/General Manager
- Collation of Sales trip reports for senior management
- Management of sales expense reports for accuracy and payment tracking
- Development of sales-related presentations
- Assist with familiarization and stay requests from travel agents. Determines ROI through tracking of production.
- General sales admins and special projects as necessary
- Keeps superiors promptly and fully informed of issues and matters of significance so prompt corrective action can be taken where appropriate
- Displays warmth, care and genuine enthusiasm along with excellent interpersonal skills when interacting with colleagues, internal and external stakeholders
What you bring
- 2-4 years of experience in hotel marketing or reservations.
- Demonstrates excellent proficiency in English, Math, and psychometric skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Golden Sales & Catering, Meeting Broker, Event, Varicent, and Sales Desk.
- Exhibits high attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Strong team player with a dedication to achieving team results.
- Possesses exceptional organizational skills, salesmanship, and personal flair.

Schedule & Hours:
This position requires the incumbent to work from Mondays to Fridays, 8.30 am to 6.00 pm on a hybrid work arrangement. Business travel to Four Seasons Resort Maldives will be required for up to three (3) times per calendar year.
