Our Client is the world's largest Furniture Manufacturer.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and Advise Leadership/Stakeholders: Guide and counsel organizational leaders and stakeholders on optimizing technology investments. Deliver targeted SAP solutions tailored to meet specific organizational needs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maximizing return on investment.
- Collaborate with Business Partners and IT Teams: Work closely with business partners and cross-functional IT teams, including global IT teams, to determine the scope and plans for projects and functional changes. This involves designing and delivering effective application solutions that meet business requirements and enhance overall efficiency.
- Provide Functional Directions: Implement functional changes and maintain solutions within SAP applications. Ensure requests adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and achieve or maintain high levels of business unit satisfaction. This involves directing functional aspects of SAP projects and ensuring timely and effective delivery.
- Develop and Maintain IT Policies: Establish and uphold IT application SAP policies, standards, best practices, and guidelines within the framework of implementation and delivery methodologies. This ensures consistent and efficient application of SAP solutions across the organization.
- Identify and Resolve Issues: Proactively identify potential issues or gaps within SAP implementations and drive resolutions to prevent customer impact. Facilitate continuous improvement by addressing underlying problems, optimizing processes, and enhancing overall system performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Experience with SAP ECC FICO, SD, PP, WM, or EDI, with proficiency in at least one or two of these modules.
- Extensive knowledge of SAP lifecycle implementation.
- Proven ability to utilize information technology to solve business challenges.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
