Mon – Friday 8:30 – 5:30pm , sat alt half day
- Perform plan preventive maintenance work (PPM) as assigned by the Supervisor.
- Troubleshoot electrical fault and reinstate the power supply and equipment back to normal operation.
- Troubleshoot air conditioning fault and reinstate the air conditioning back to normal operation.
- Repair water pipe burst, mechanical work, medical gases system and other related facilities equipment.
- Any other duties assigned by the Senior Technician/Engineer.
Requirements
- Min NITEC / Diploma in facilities management
- Some experience in facilities management will be an advantage
Salary range: Up to $3K
