Primary Responsibilities: -
1) Proactively engage with potential clients to understand their flooring needs and preferences.
2) Showcase flooring options, provide product information, and offer expert advice to drive sales.
3) Preparation of quotations and proposals.
4) To be continuously updated with the latest flooring trends & product knowledge including competitors.
5) Be able to illustrate a product’s benefits in reference to customers’ requirements.
6) Be able to answer customer’s queries accurately regarding the products.
7) Communicate effectively with installation teams to convey project requirements and timelines.
8)Arrange delivery and installation schedules, ensuring minimal disruption to clients' operations.
9) To make follow up calls to customers after completion of projects.
Secondary responsibilities: -
1) Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to promote flooring products and services.
2) Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and maintain a positive online presence.
3) Handle administrative responsibilities such as maintaining records, and managing project documentation.
