Contract Period: End June – 30 Sep 2024 (Highly extendable based on performance and business needs)
- Address taxpayers’ tax queries on the various tax types such as Individual Income Tax, Property tax over the helpline
- Promote and nudge taxpayers in the usage of our e-Services and chatbot
- Guide taxpayers on the step-by-step e-Filing procedures and provide advices on their filing and payment obligations
Job Requirements:
- Singaporeans
- GCE A Level, Diploma, Degree strictly
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Candidates without tax experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided
