Job Duties:
- This role will gain hands-on experience and knowledge of all areas of the business by being assigned to different departments, before being placed in a suitable role permanently
- The purpose of the program is to provide the employee with a comprehensive understanding of the business
- To participate in business negotiations and building of relationships with core clients and vendors
- Assist the directors with the execution on various key business decisions
- High-performing individuals can take a fast-track route to a leadership position.
- There is a possibility to be involved with regional growth or other businesses within the same group.

Description / Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Business Administration of Management
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
