We are looking for salon manager! You will be responsible for
- Responding to client inquiries in a professional manner and with positive attitude
- Attending customers for hair services such as hair dye, perm and cut services
- Managing the daily operations including appointment making and serving customer
- Understanding customer feedback/concerns to resolve professionally
- Ensuring that communication among the team is smooth
- Ensuring that the premise is tidy and clean
- Monitoring and managing stock
- Keeping records of cash inflows and outflows
- Other ad hoc jobs
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in customer-service/hair-related field
- High degree of professionalism in customer service
- Prior experience in the hair salon required
- Computer literate
- Fluent in English
