Job Description:
We require a Marketing Intern who is resourceful and driven. We are a lean company, so the right person should be self-directed and prepared to engage from day one. The intern will receive a lot of autonomy and responsibility; hence we are looking for an independent individual. As a part of the team, your involvement will be in different marketing tasks that focus on promoting our firm as well as portfolio companies and industry knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in conceptualising, developing and executing marketing campaigns
- Support in updating and refreshing our digital presence
- Execute the venture capital and portfolio company’s digital campaigns
- Create scripts, and plan content to feature our network, ideas leadership, and added value
- Participate in crafting weekly news letters that showcase our expertise and thought leadership
- Engage with others, network, and maintain our brand presence on Social Media Platforms
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a in Bachelor's Degree in Communications/ Marketing or related field
- LOA interns, or able to commit full time from August to December
- Naturally creative and resourceful to figure problems out
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with digital tools such as Adobe Suite or Audacity would be beneficial
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
