Our client is a company in the real estate/facilities industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Senior Facilities Officer to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in Central – easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate preventive maintenance activities, pest management, landscaping, security, and related services.
- Examine and analyze reported issues and malfunctions to identify root causes and prevent future occurrences.
- Oversee contractors performing maintenance tasks to ensure the site is well-maintained and meets service quality standards.
- All other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Building/Facilities Management or other relevant field of studies
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience in managing Office buildings
