Responsibilities:
· Interpret construction drawings, identifying discrepancies in integrated service designs.
· Facilitate project execution within established timelines.
· Manage project documentation and records.
· Supervise the team and monitoring their performance.
· Develop design documents (reports, calculations, drawings, specifications, cost estimates, schedules) for projects.
· Generate and distribute weekly and monthly quality assurance/quality control reports.
· Oversee budget, schedule, quality assurance, and client feedback
· Ensuring timely communication of modifications to maintain project cost controls, timelines, and resource allocation.
· Execute assignments delegated by the sales manager or director.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
· With at 2-3 years of relevant experience in the building and construction industry
· Independent and collaborative work styles.
· Exceptional interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
· Willingness to travel to construction sites and assess machinery repair status as required.
