- Ensure accurate and timely salary payments to employees on 10th and 23rd of each month
- Facilitates the disbursement of Long Service Leave and travel vouchers
- Timely submission of statutory related claims, tax forms, CPF submissions
- Provides support to HR Business Partners on exit matters e.g. payment schedules and leave computations
- Submits Workmen Compensation claims to MOM and Insurance parties in a timely and prompt manner
- Ensure full compliance in statutory claims and submissions
- Provide monthly reports as required
- Organise half-yearly roadshows for medical insurance enrolment and health screening
- Accountable for administration of staff benefits
Requirement
- Minimum diploma qualified, preferably in Human Resource Management
- Relevant experience in shift workers payroll
