Our client is a company in the real estate/facilities industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Facilities Technical Executive to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in Central – easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee, schedule, and coordinate vendor/contractors for scheduled and urgent on-site maintenance tasks.
- Conduct daily checks/inspections of facilities & systems to make sure of the functionality and safety.
- Support in day-to-day operations.
- To check and analyse reported issues and malfunctions to identify root causes and prevent future occurrences.
- Oversee upgrading projects as needed.
- Ensure vendors/contractors perform good and accurate work according to contract specifications, including evaluating contractor performance and reviewing contract details.
- Follow up with vendors/contractors on any defect after maintenance services.
- All other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Facilities or other relevant field of studies
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
