Customer Service Representative - Funeral Service

Stafflink Services Private Limited

  • Location: Geylang Bahru
  • Schedule: Follow a 5-6-5-6 pattern for working weeks (as per roster).
  • Time: 8AM - 5PM
  • Yearly renewable Contract

Responsibilities:

  • Skilled in managing call center hotlines and initiating timely follow-up actions
  • Efficient in coordinating funeral arrangements effectively
  • Adaptable to conducting client meetings in-office, on-site, and virtually
  • Facilitate the transfer of deceased individuals to funeral homes
  • Collaborate closely with operations personnel and the Finance Team
  • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as required


Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience is required.
  • Having a Class 3 driver's license would be beneficial.
  • Experience in the relevant industry is advantageous.
  • Candidates should be able to work shifts, including Public Holidays and overtime.
