JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of NDT dept by doing tasks such as filing paperworks, answering phone calls, preparing documents, time sheet recording for workers, and managing the calendar of their supervisors, managers and director.
- Maintain daily schedules of employees. Organize and provide documents, reports and information. Coordinate work space, computer, and supplies for new employees within the department.
- Attends meetings and takes meeting notes.
- Support the accounts team for payroll and invoicing within the dept
- Support HR dept for new join within the dept.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum GCE N-Level or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Independent with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Candidate who can commence work immediately preferred.
- Working Location: Pioneer Junction
- Working days : 5 days per week
