Experience :
2-4 years of Data entry experience in Singapore
Responsibilites :
To handle daily processing / data input of customer requests on timely and accurate basis.
- Process / perform data entry for all verified requests on timely and accurate basis excluding signature verification
- Check that all amendments made on the forms are properly counter signed.
- Perform any ad-hoc assignments given by Supervisor and contribute and provide feedback to Supervisor on process related issues and give suggestion for improvement.
- Perform administrative duties and support functions from time to time
- Service Level Agreements (SLA) - Completes processing of daily requests within agreed SLAs with Business Units
- Customer Service - Achieves zero customer complaints/ negative feedbacks
