SingHealth Polyclinics Facilities Development team is looking for an Assistant Manager who shall be responsible for the effective planning and implementation of infrastructure facilities development projects assigned to him/her, including but not limited to:
- Feasibility study, conceptual design, planning, project budgeting, project scheduling and project proposal preparation;
- Project implementation including project planning, design development, procurement and evaluation, documentation, management of construction contracts until completion for infrastructure facilities projects.
- Other roles and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
- He/She must have a Degree in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering with at least 6 years’ relevant experience in infrastructure projects and demonstrated competency.
- Proficiency in MS Office application (Word, Excel, Power Point) and knowledge of AutoCAD drafting is mandatory.
- Healthcare experience and knowledge in regulatory requirements would be an advantage.
- He/She must be able to lead a project team with good communication, interpersonal skills, project management and a strong teamwork spirit.
