- Location: Geylang Bahru
- Schedule: Follow a 5-6-5-6 pattern for working weeks (as per roster).
- Time: 8AM - 5PM

Responsibilities:
- Skilled in managing call center hotlines and initiating timely follow-up actions
- Efficient in coordinating funeral arrangements effectively
- Adaptable to conducting client meetings in-office, on-site, and virtually
- Facilitate the transfer of deceased individuals to funeral homes
- Collaborate closely with operations personnel and the Finance Team
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as required
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience is required.
- Having a Class 3 driver's license would be beneficial.
- Experience in the relevant industry is advantageous.
- Able to work shifts, including Public Holidays and overtime.
