Job Description:
- Oversee transfer, sending, and funeral arrangements.
- Prepare monthly schedules for ground staff in a timely manner.
- Safeguard and manage petty cash and vehicle-related matters.
- Collaborate closely with all departments.
- Supervise the Customer Service Team, assist with phone duties, and manage funeral parlors.
- Supervise the Operations Team, ensuring company policies and procedures are effectively communicated.
- Assist the Human Resources Team with talent recruitment.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirement:
- At least 2-4 years of management experience.
- Comfortable working in the funeral industry.
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Hold a Class 3 driver's license.
- Willing to work shifts, including public holidays and overtime.
