The Sales and Operations Manager reports to the Director and is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the sales and operational activities within the company. This role ensures that sales targets are met, operations run smoothly, and customer satisfaction is achieved. The manager will lead a team, develop strategic plans, and implement best practices to drive business growth and efficiency.
Individual to be involved in:
1.Participating in comprehensive training sessions to learn about the company's operational processes. Study and familiarize oneself with company policies, procedures, and regulations. Assist in planning and overseeing daily operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow. Monitor and evaluate operational performance, identifying areas for improvement.
2.Conduct research and analysis to identify current and emerging market trends. Gather and analyze data on customer needs, preferences, and behaviors. Identify potential opportunities and risks in the sales pipeline. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
3.Monitor and manage assigned projects from initiation to completion.Identify opportunities for improvement within project workflows and processes.Conduct regular reviews and analyses of current operations to spot inefficiencies or areas needing enhancement.Collaborate with team members to gather input and support for proposed enhancements. Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Work with the team to create comprehensive marketing strategies on facebook.
4.Maintain a professional and positive demeanor in all interactions with customers, clients, and partners.
