About our client: Our client is a Tea retail company in Singapore.
About the role:
- To welcome walk-in customers. Product Introduction & Customer Service.
- Follow up with customer (retail and corporate) queries & address issues where necessary
- In charge of procurement & inventory management
- Key point of contact between Management, Retail & Finance team
- Render support to Management and colleagues
- Prepare online customers
- Process invoice, daily closing of sales and receipts reconciliation.
- Improve & implement processes for greater work efficiency
- Handles documentation, paperwork and operational matters
- Admin duties: sort mail, stock up groceries, maintain shop cleanliness & any ad hoc duties as required.
About you:
- Min. O / A levels with a flair for operations
- Min. 3 years work experience in related field in handling retail operations.
- Familiar with gst requirements
- IT savvy (MS Office, emails etc)
- Good team player and can work independently
- Organized, meticulous, proactive & have ‘can-do’ attitude
Other:
- Work location: Central
- Work hours: Mon - Sat (11-7pm), with one day off in lieu on weekday
