- Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various software programs to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals
- Obtain input from managers to ensure that designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company or client appropriately
- Work independently as well as cooperatively with marketing team to meet deadlines, stay within budget, and schedule project implementation.
- Examine existing processes, identify flaws, and create solutions that improve design capabilities
- Understand the brand portfolio, vision, and target audience, integrating fresh and innovative ideas into visual concepts.
- Design a variety of visuals (e.g. graphics, GIFs, and videos), customized for each marketing channel to maximize impact and engagement
- Design visually appealing email marketing campaigns with interactive elements to boost open and click-through rates.
- Stay updated on industry trends to maintain a competitive edge in design innovation.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
