The Role:
Our client, a systems integrator (SI) operating well across public and private sectors, is looking for a Legal Counsel to join their team. In this role, you will be drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements, advising on legal and regulatory matters (particularly in cybersecurity, data laws, company law, contract law, intellectual property law, and technology laws), managing legal documentation and compliance processes, and working closely with other departments.
Requirements:
- Law degree and admission to the Singapore Bar with a minimum of 4 years PQE.
- Excellent legal, regulatory, contracting, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with digital/IT industries and legal tech tools is advantageous.
- Good communication skills
