Job Scope:
Sales of Memberships:
- Promote and sell ABARA memberships to potential customers.
- Explain the benefits and privileges of membership to prospective clients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of membership packages and special offers.
Customer Service:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Marketing and Outreach:
- Participate in marketing activities and events to promote ABARA’s products and memberships.
- Use social media and other marketing channels to reach potential customers.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve sales strategies and product offerings.
Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
- Handle payment transactions and ensure proper documentation.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
Language Proficiency:
- Communicate effectively with customers in both English and Mandarin.
- Provide excellent service to a diverse clientele.

- Proven experience in sales.
