Job Scope:


Sales of Memberships:

  • Promote and sell ABARA memberships to potential customers.
  • Explain the benefits and privileges of membership to prospective clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of membership packages and special offers.

Customer Service:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Marketing and Outreach:

  • Participate in marketing activities and events to promote ABARA’s products and memberships.
  • Use social media and other marketing channels to reach potential customers.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve sales strategies and product offerings.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
  • Handle payment transactions and ensure proper documentation.
  • Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.

Language Proficiency:

  • Communicate effectively with customers in both English and Mandarin.
  • Provide excellent service to a diverse clientele.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
  • Customer-oriented with the ability to meet sales goals.
