We are looking for a HR Executive who will recruit, support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures. You will be responsible for administrative tasks and you’ll contribute to making the company a better place to work.
Key Responsibilites:
· Perform new hire orientations and update records of new staff.
· Supervise pre-employment arrangements for committed candidates.
· Assist in administering staff movement such as confirmation, promotion, transfer, resignation and termination of non-management staff. Maintain proper employee records.
· Manage application/renewal/cancellation of work passes.
· Organize sports and recreational activities.
· Participate in Training & development initiatives
· Perform other duties as directed.
Job Requirements:
· Minimum 1-year of experience and familiar with Human Resource functions in the Hotel
· Willing to learn and take on additional duties
· Able to work independently and in team
· Meticulous, good organisation and multitasking skills
