Oversee and lead a team in managing daily operations, making final decisions on matters of importance to ensure a positive passenger experience and satisfaction. Guide, develop, motivate, and mentor both new and existing staff, maintaining the highest service, grooming, and discipline standards. Ensure compliance with safety, security, and standard operating procedures of the company, airlines, and airport authorities. Additionally, assist the Duty Manager in daily deployment based on agreed service standards with the airlines and airport authorities.
- A diploma in any discipline
