Our client is one of the top Entertainment companies in Japan. They are looking for a Sales Executive to join their Singapore office.
The Responsibilities:
- Present, promote and sell products/ services to existing and new customers
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Expedite the resolution of customer issues and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Coordinate sales activities and effort across team members
- Improve through feedback
- Other general ad-hoc duties
The Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or relevant role is an added advantage
- Proficient in English, Mandarin and Japanese to smoothly and effectively communicate and present to Chinese and Japanese Native Stakeholders and Customers
- Keen in Japanese culture such as Anime and Manga
- Able to travel on business trips to China, India, Korea, Taiwan, etc. (once per month)
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
