Key Responsibilities
- Support regional operations: Develop plans to implement efficiency measures and best practices, laying the groundwork for optimized operations and enhanced effectiveness between Singapore and regional operations.
- Drive Recruitment Numbers and Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategic plans to increase student recruitment numbers for postgraduate and executive education programs. Implement marketing initiatives and partnerships to enhance revenue streams. Develop innovative marketing strategies, leveraging digital platforms and targeted campaigns to reach prospective students.
- Develop Corporate and Institutional Relations: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, educational institutions, and relevant stakeholders to foster collaborative ventures, sponsorships, and other mutually beneficial opportunities.
- Engage alumni networks: Foster relationships through events and online platforms and promote cross-selling of programme. Gather feedback on experiences and leverage alumni credibility to advocate for additional offerings
Job Requirements:
- Education: A bachelor's degree is required
- Experience: At least 5 years of relevant management experience in higher education administration or a related field, with a proven track record of achieving recruitment and revenue targets.
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and success.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders, including students, faculty, staff, and external partners.
- International Experience: Experience working in a multicultural and international environment is preferred.
