Description :
1. Daily Pre-pour Inspection:
- Inspection on mould for dimension, profile, mould quality & condition, formwork closing with proper securing
- Inspection on rebar and mesh
- Inspection on concrete cover, trimmer bar, cast-in items, lifting hook and etc.
- Upon completion above inspection, prepare Pre-Pour Inspection Form and inform RTO for joint inspection.
- Inspection on casting process to ensure proper compaction during concreting
- Inspection on component finishing
2. Daily Post-pour Inspection:
- Check components marking before demoulding
- Check for concrete demoulding strength before demoulding
- Inspection on dimension, size and profile
- Inspection during demoulding process
- Rubber stamp on component
- Arrange for proper storage in the yard
- Arrange for rectification on any defects after demoulding
- Check on water test for splice sleeve and MS grout tube to ensure no chock.
- Upon completion above inspection, prepare Post-Pour Inspection Form and inform RTO for joint inspection.
3. Daily Pre-Delivery Inspection:
- a. Check for components profile before delivery
- b. Upon completion above inspection, prepare Pre-Delivery Inspection Form and inform RTO for joint inspection.
4. Coordinate with subcon’s leadman on the daily production related issues
5. Ensure latest shopdrawing is used prior to inspection
6. Supervise mould change progress by our own welder/worker
7. For day & night shift production.
Requirements :
- Min. O level qualification with at least 5 years' of experience in production supervision and coordination at precast yard.
- Good team player and adaptable to a dynamic environment.
- Possess supervisory skills with manpower planning experiences.
- Willing to work night shift.
