Cyber Security Sales Director (Enterprise Cybersecurity Software)
A Cyber Security firm is expanding in the South-East Asia (SEA) region and are now seeking for a Cyber Security Sales Director lead the go-to-market team towards business expansion and growth.
The Opportunity:
The Cyber Security Sales Director will lead the efforts in achieving business expansion and promoting the latest Cybersecurity technologies which protect global businesses from cyber-attacks.
What we are looking for:
- You have a proven track record of approx. 8+ years in leading a team in Cyber Security Software Sales
- Demonstrate past record of business expansion and revenue growth
- Experience in the development and implementation of sales plans across the team
- Demonstrate the ability to drive new business growth and acquiring new accounts (healthcare, education, aviation, hospitality, entertainment, BFSI, manufacturing, Govt and other industry areas etc.)
- Leading the sales life-cycle end to end and to guide the sales team through the process where needed
- Cultivate and nurture high-level stakeholder relationships to develop new business across industries
- Strong negotiation skills and track record in securing sales agreements with customers
- Experienced in conducting technical needs assessments of customers and advising on the best-fit Cybersecurity solutions to address their security gaps
- Sales management skillsets in forecasting, tracking, and reporting sales activity and pipeline of yourself and the team
- Identify major opportunities within accounts; lead pursuits and develop strong executive relationships to secure deals
- Demonstrate strong exposure in any relevant Cyber Security solutions and services (e.g. DLP, SIEM, EDR, SOAR, UEBA, Network Security, Encryption, Threat Intelligence, VAPT, Risk Assessment and any relevant Cyber Security areas.
