Responsibilities:
- Grow and service existing accounts
- Develop new business and increase customer base
- Attend to sales enquiries, sales support work including quotation, tender submission, vendor registration and follow up
- To prepare marketing materials and carries out through advertisement and web page
- Gather market intelligence on competitor’s pricing and activities
- Analyse and review customer feedback on project works and laboratory services
- Handle customer complaints and feedback to ensure satisfaction
- Participate in sales visits and cold calls to potential customers
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the management
Requirements:
- Diploma in Chemistry or Sales related disciplines
- Experience in laboratory sales will be added advantages
- Creativity to approach sales and build customer relationship
- Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
- Able to multi-task and work in fast pace working environment
- Ability to establish rapport easily
