1. Providing administrative support to one or more lawyers.
2. Assisting with court filings and facilitating the meeting of deadlines by monitoring, maintaining, and updating calendar and providing timely reminders for lawyers.
3. File and organize legal documents in a timely manner.
4. Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence. Also, assist with arranging meetings and conference calls.
5. Preparation of invoices and expense reimbursements.
Requirements
1. Have good communication, administrative and organisational skills.
2. Familiarity with legal documents and terminology would be preferred.
3. Good command of spoken and written English.
4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
5. Able to effectively prioritize and meet deadlines.
