- Manages the assigned internal personnel, equipment, materials and subcontractors. Ensure all administrative and control requirements are met in accordance with the division’s management and control practices
- Coordinate and linking with various service companies, contractors, consultant, architect, and government, etc.
- Meeting with top management and clients to identify project requirements, delivery timelines, and costs
- Planning, executing, and supervising projects to meet management’s strategic objectives and to ensure project delivery within budget and on time
- Develop detailed project plans to guide clients, staff members, and project teams and to revise based on changing needs and requirements
- Monitoring project performance to ensure timely delivery
- Compiling and submitting project status reports to clients, management, and other stakeholders
- Leading and facilitating the overall cross-functional project team
- Monitoring and applying performance management techniques, including the use of KPI’s to improve project performance
- Managing the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communications
- Identifying and monitoring project risks and planning and implementing risk mitigations
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
