Responsibilities:
- Analyze and comprehend tender drawings and contract documents thoroughly.
- Prepare Bills of Quantities for tender submissions or variation requests.
- Create substantiation documents for claims as required.
- Ensure timely submission of tenders or Variation Orders.
- Assist in quotations from subcontractors and suppliers and conduct thorough comparisons.
- Perform quantity take-offs for tenders or site projects accurately.
- Generate pre-tender and site project estimates and compile necessary documentation.
- Support Project Manager with documentation tasks.
- Assist Project Manager in the submission of progress claims.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Electrical Engineering.
- With 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
- Able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel as necessary.
