Responsibilities :
- To assist in overseeing the entire operation of the company.
- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
- execute the order and decision of the management committee.
- Coordination with all site personnel to ensure smooth workflow.
- To coordinate and liaise with drafter to propose, amend and submit all related drawings.
- Site coordination (worker arrangements)
- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
- To coordinate and liaise with all projects staff and workers to ensure smooth workflow.
- managing Subcontractor performance, attending meeting with client and following payment
- prepare all necessary documents/materials submission of the project.
- submit all Schedules, Procurement,Documents on time.
- Any other assignments as and when directed by the Management.
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
- report any work / any incidents to your superior. When problem arises at site, to have initiative to solve or consult your immediate superior for assistance.
- Maintain & update the project & product documentation to ensure that the documentation is consistent with the internal process.
- To keep track of site documentation records for easy reference.
- To conduct In-house Toolbox meeting and to ensure all safety issues at site.
- Budgeting and planning in execution of on-going works and tenders.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture or a related discipline
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong field experience
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Weekly 3 – 4 days site visit
- Willing to work at worksites and shift works
