Client Service Lead

We are JUO Studios: a creative shop that specialises in post-production, social media management and

IP development and we're looking for a client service lead to join our team.


Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for key clients.
  • Understand client needs and objectives to provide strategic advice and solutions.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of services according to client needs and objectives.
  • Monitor service performance and client satisfaction, taking corrective actions as needed.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill client requirements and resolve any service issues.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, share updates, and address challenges.
  • Develop training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new clients to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to clients on service performance, metrics, and outcomes.
  • Communicate updates and changes in services, processes, or policies to clients effectively.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify opportunities for service enhancements and process improvements.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess service effectiveness.
  • Use data-driven insights to drive improvements and optimize client service operations.
  • Assist in developing proposals and presentations for potential clients.
  • Monitor account budgets related to client services and ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Contribute to financial forecasting and budgeting for client service activities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in client service.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / BA/BS in related field
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience
  • Strong understanding of media industry specifically digital media & marketing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
