We are JUO Studios: a creative shop that specialises in post-production, social media management and
IP development and we're looking for account managers to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Strong understanding of media industry specifically digital media & marketing
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Serve as the main point of contact for key clients.
- Understand client needs and objectives to provide strategic advice and solutions.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services to existing clients.
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
- Oversee the execution of client projects to ensure timely delivery and quality.
- Coordinate with producers / internal teams to fulfill client requirements.
- Provide regular updates and reports to clients on project status, performance metrics, and ROI.
- Participate in prospecting and business development activities to attract new clients
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences
- Monitor account budgets and ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints
- Assist in financial forecasting and budgeting processes.
Requirements:
- Diploma / BA/BS in related field
- Minimum 3 years of working experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
- Project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Analytical skills to assess data and make informed decisions
- Proficient in the Google ecosystem (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides etc)
