The successful candidate will report to the Senior Director. To set the strategic vision for organizational quality and directly oversee corporate responsibilities that monitor and improve customer experience measurements, reduce total cost of quality, ensure regulatory compliance, and improve the effectiveness of Quality Management System (QMS).
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 15 years and more of experience in a quality function in a manufacturing environment
- Leadership experience in a Quality, Lean, Process Excellence, or Continuous Improvement programs
- Experience in semiconductor capital equipment design and manufacturing, an added advantage
- Sound business acumen operation in both high mix, low volume and high volume, low mix production environments
- Strong problem-solving skills
