Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Assit the GM & HR with administrative duties but not limited to photocopying, filing, data entries ect
  • Maintain office documents and records
  • Monitor, update of courses for foreign workers
  • Verification of invoices from suppliers, contractors etc
  • Maintain filing system
  • Purchase of air ticket for repatriation of workers
  • Manage workers dormitory
  • Other ad-hoc duties and sales/initiatives assigned

Requirements:

  • Min. Diploma
  • Independent, disciplined and able to work under pressure
  • Good communication & writing skills in English and Mandarin to liaise with China counterparts
  • At least 2 year experience in administrative
  • Must be computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Application
  • Mandarin Speaking
