Responsibility:
- Being First Tier IT support for Singapore and Malaysia, and as a backup to other members globally
- Daily helpdesk on call for all pc problem of hardware & software.
- Daily maintenance of IT devices according to department head directives, manage implementation of projects, time and communications
- First contact point for consulting and support of all IT-topics
- Procurement, configuration and administration of hardware and software
- Training and knowledge transfer of IT topics for employees (and external customers)
- Participation in implementing strategic goals and projects
- Digitalization and optimization of processes in cooperation with other departments
- Tech leadership role in matters concerning IT
- Responsibility for measuring and improving the IT-service quality
- Implementing IT-guidelines and procedures
- Manage an inventory of all IT hardware assets
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirement:
- Diploma holder in Information Technology; or equivalent
- Knowledge for Citrix, Lotus Notes, M365, Cisco Routers, Switches, Microsoft suite of softwares
- More than 2 years IT experience preferred.
