Job Descriptions:
- Oversee and manage daily operations of various facilities within the assigned zone, ensuring efficient operation, maintenance, and safety.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations by implementing measures to mitigate risks and maintain a safe working environment.
- Coordinate closely with the technical team and appointed contractors to ensure jobs meet the client's and statutory requirements.
- Respond to breakdowns, defects, and shutdowns in building systems, executing work orders and following up with service reports.
- Oversee and inspect facility improvement and renovation projects to ensure proper maintenance.
- Identify and suggest improvements and develop action plans to enhance operational efficiency and meet high service standards.
- Requirements:
- At least 7 years of experience in related Facility Management or equivalent.
- Minimum Diploma/Degree holder in Architecture or Engineering or Real Estate or Building/Facilities Management or equivalent.
- Possess strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to work independently and willing to go extra mile to reach challenging goals within very tight timelines.
