Responsibilities:
- In-charge of terminal management group consists of the teams for Operations, Maintenance, and Projects.
- Oversee all terminal operations, including technical initiatives, and ensure adherence to company standards and stay within set budgets.
- Foster a proactive culture of service and safety, uphold high standards for the facilities, equipment, and housekeeping at the terminal.
- Ensure that service excellence requirements are met for the needs of the customers.
- Manage the budgeting, sizing, and implementation of terminal operating projects, maximize productivity, create a terminal master plan, ensure adherence to legal requirements.
- Corporate standards, promote continuous process improvement, cultivate strong stakeholder relationships, and create succession plans for the terminal operations leadership team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- With 6 years working experience in same role and industry.
- Excellent knowledge in Oil, Gas and Chemicals
- Demonstrate business savvy and show an understanding of fundamental client demands as well as current market/industry trends, practice and in depth of knowledge in general management.
