Responsibilities:
- Managing a strong technical team, keeping an eye on business processes, and discovering process improvements through automation and development.
- Manage funds and project progress, carry out improvement strategies, and provide top notch solutions.
- Evaluating operational activities, determiner process improvements, providing leadership to technical, equipment and process engineers.
- Ensure the health and safety of all machinery and production operations.
- Oversee internal machine and software development, including design, budgeting, testing, and updating to fulfill production requirements.
- Developing a preventive maintenance plan and fostering a collaborative atmosphere.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree in related Engineering field.
- With 4-6 years of relevant working experience in a Manufacturing Environment.
- Prior experience in Automation Machine Design, PLC Programming, CNC, milling, lathe and grinding machine.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
