Responsibilities:
- Plan and update the appropriate system parameters promptly according to monthly consumption, optimize stock level
- Order Management - Facilitate Purchase Orders and ensure the information update in SAP.
- Coordinates on all aspects with stakeholders on inbound shipment, update in SAP promptly
- Cross trade shipment management - Facilitate and coordinate with stakeholder for direct drop shipment from factory to customer
- Claim Management - Process claims where defects are related to the Vendor
- Ensure the operation quality and efficiency to meet customer requirements
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Manager
Requirements:
- Min ITE level
- At least 1 years’ experience in supply chain operations.
- Knowledge of SAP system
- Proficient in MS Office
