Job Description:
- Manage and supervise all maintenance services, schedules, and improvement works.
- Manage and oversee facility teams, including managers, engineers, supervisors, technical officers, technicians, and support staff, to ensure a cohesive and efficient workforce.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, implementing measures to mitigate risks and maintain a safe working environment.
- Respond to breakdowns, defects, and shutdowns in building systems, executing work orders to minimize any disruption caused and following up with service reports.
- Manage operators and ensure premises are well-maintained by operators and meet the requirements outlined in the project requirements.
- Coordinate with external service providers, contractors, and clients to ensure service delivery meets quality standards and contractual obligations.
- Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and participate in meetings with clients and management.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in related Facility Management or equivalent.
- Minimum Diploma/Degree holder in Architecture, Engineering, Real Estate, Building/Facilities Management, or equivalent.
- Possess strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to work independently and be willing to go the extra mile to achieve challenging goals within tight timelines.
- Leadership ability and the capacity to work under pressure in a complex environment.
