Responsibilities:
The primary focus will be on hunting sales/new business development (95%).
- Identify and acquire new clients in the Singapore market (primarily management at the president level).
- Secure appointments through proactive cold calls and visits, conduct thorough client needs assessments.
- Collaborate with the consultant team to develop training concepts and proposals based on needs assessments.
- Plan and execute workshops, training sessions, and seminars (ranging from 6 months to 2 years) with the consultant team
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in selling intangible products and solution sales required.
- Alternatively, candidates with demonstrated ability to handle top-level sales (sales to presidents or similar higher roles) will be considered, even if lacking experience in selling intangible products and solution sales.
- Proficiency in Japanese at a business level is required to engage in sales with Japanese-speaking clients.

- Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Vibrant and sociable personality.
